By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Ace ML, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Ace ML

Ace ML provides educational and career-preparation tools for artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and related roles.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Ace ML.

By using Ace ML, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Providing accurate account information
• Activity performed through your account
• Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

You may not sell, transfer, share, or commercially resupply access to your account.

4. Services

Ace ML may provide:

• Practice questions and coding exercises
• AI-generated mock interviews
• Resume analysis and preparation roadmaps
• Career-market analytics
• Performance reports and recommendations
• Challenges, XP, streaks, badges, and leaderboards

Features, limits, and availability may differ by plan and may change as the platform develops.

5. AI-generated content

Some Ace ML content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. It is provided for educational and informational purposes and should be independently reviewed.

Ace ML does not guarantee:

• Employment, interviews, or admission
• Accuracy of every question, answer, or recommendation
• That an interview simulation exactly matches a company's actual process
• That market information remains current at all times
• Any particular career, financial, or professional outcome

6. Company names and trademarks

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

They may be displayed to identify relevant preparation tracks or publicly discussed interview patterns. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

Ace ML is not affiliated with or endorsed by listed companies unless explicitly stated.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and frequency displayed at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorise Ace ML and its payment provider to collect the applicable charges, taxes, and fees.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, billing interval, limits, and price before completing payment.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal through the account or billing interface where available, or by contacting support@acemlcareer.com.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. It does not automatically create a refund.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

9. Fair usage and feature limits

Plans may include limits on interviews, roadmaps, AI generations, or other resource-intensive features.

You may not:

• Circumvent usage limits
• Automate excessive requests
• Use multiple accounts to obtain additional quotas
• Scrape or bulk-download platform content
• Resell or redistribute Ace ML services
• Interfere with platform security or operation
• Reverse engineer restricted parts of the service
• Upload malicious code or unlawful material

We may restrict or suspend usage that threatens platform security, reliability, or fair access.

10. User content

You retain ownership of resumes, interview responses, and other content you submit.

You grant Ace ML a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

Ace ML's software, interface, branding, question collections, workflows, designs, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, or create competing datasets from Ace ML content.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Update usage limits
• Correct content
• Change plan structures or pricing prospectively

Material changes affecting paid users will be communicated where reasonably possible.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has:

• Violated these Terms
• Engaged in fraud or abuse
• Compromised platform security
• Failed to pay applicable charges
• Used Ace ML unlawfully

You may stop using Ace ML and request account deletion at any time.

14. Third-party services

Ace ML relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, and analytics.

Their availability and processing may be governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer

Ace ML is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

It is an educational and career-preparation service, not a recruitment agency, university, employer, financial adviser, or legal adviser.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ace ML will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ace ML's aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by the affected user to Ace ML during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts located in Kolkata and West Bengal, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Ace ML.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
